Lindy Focus is a blast! I’m taking a quick break between dances to remind all LF attendees that we are teaching the Vintage Hairstyling class tomorrow (Tuesday) at 3:30. Check your schedule for more details. This will be your opportunity to not only learn great techniques, but also to sign up to have your hair styled by us on Thursday afternoon for the New Year’s Eve Dance!

And if you’ve still got some leftover after this amazing week, follow us home to New Orleans for Dance Renaissance, another wonderful dance camp. We’ll be styling hair for the Vintage Dance on Saturday, January 2. Check out the Dance Renaissance link for more details.

So these days for us it’s pretty much dance, style hair, dance, eat a snack, dance, take a nap, dance, style hair, dance…you get the picture. But that’s just how we roll.

Thanks to all who patronized us or even just came by to say hello at this year’s Lousiana Renaissance Festival. Every year, this show gets better and better. On the couple of poor weather days we had, we have to say that our repeat customers absolutely saved us. We are so grateful for your loyalty and really pleased you value our services!

Now onto something altogether different. Avid swing dancers ourselves, Alicia and I are really excited to announce our presence at this year’s Lindy Focus Dance Camp in Asheville, NC, December 27-31. In conjunction with another stylist, we will be teaching two classes and styling hair in a vintage way for a limited number of ladies. Follow our Lindy Focus link for more information. Get your hair braided, see some shows and stock up for the holidays amidst old world charm.
